We're dedicated educators who understand the neurobiology behind how students learn - and sometimes that takes a "unique" approach. With our ability to read, interpret, and explain school psychoeducational, IEE, or neuropsych testing, we can support and help parents advocate to ensure their student is getting the individualized, targeted supports s/he/they require. As an added bonus, we believe in continual education for ourselves, so we're often at Neurodivergent conferences to ensure we're caught up on the latest information and research. While all of our techniques are rooted in research-based best practices and in various learning styles, we're not exclusive to one method and often combine them to bring a stronger, more targeted approach for your child's unique profile. 

It's different when your personal tutor is also an educational advocate. Combining the two makes for a powerful result, and we can (and do) collaborate with other educational advocates! Sometimes it's better to have them separate, so we keep a strong relationship with local educational advocates as well. The key to how we operate is understanding that we explore and understand the full profile of your child. and listen to the needs of your family.
